This is the requirements for Osana Najimi in order for Ayano to follow Osana, since she doesn't trust Ayano so easily if her reputation was low or average. After the November 1st, 2015 Build, Seduction gave similar benefits through different methods. As of the October 8th, 2015 Build, she needs to be friends with a student for them to follow her, without reputation being a factor. In previous builds, Ayano needed a high reputation for students to follow her. Since they'll constantly follow her, Ayano wouldn't be able to get away with crimes. This may be a disadvantage though, because if she's popular enough, she'll attract stalkers. YandereDev has considered the idea that if Ayano has a very good reputation, then people will pay attention to her, follow her around, or try to be her best friend. Having a good reputation boosts the effect of Ayano's gossip, and her reputation will fall by less if she is seen doing suspicious actions. Students will be friendly but typically will not do favors for her, and she will be ignored for the most part. The phone will not be available in 1980s Mode, so it is unknown how gossip will work in that mode.Īyano will start the game with a neutral reputation. Įach student has a reputation meter as well and it was always set at 0 by default before the November 15th, 2019 Build, where most students received a default reputation higher or lower than 0. A student that has witnessed her do something suspicious won't be able to tell all of their friends immediately this is why Ayano's reputation won't change until after a gossiping period. The bar inside the reputation meter shows where her reputation currently is. The heart icon that hovers over Ayano's reputation meter shows where her reputation will be after the next gossiping period. Students will have three gossiping periods each day: before morning classes, during lunch time, and after they go home (using social media). Currently, reputation will increase or decrease during gossiping periods, depending on Ayano's previous actions around other students. YandereDev plans to add more to the feature, such as having students let their guard down around Ayano when her reputation is high, and being nervous around her when it is low. The reputation meter can currently be found on the bottom-left of the HUD.
